Day 4 : Sep 4th, 2008 Thursday Day trip to Alexandria

After a breakfast, proceed to Alexandria for a full day tour. Cover places of interest like Romanic Amphitheater, Catacomb, and Bombay's Pillar, Views of Citadel, of Quaitbay from Outside, Aquarium Museum & Montazah Palace.

Cairo Aswan; Board cruise

This morning depart Cairo by flight to Aswan. On arrival in Aswan you are transferred to the cruise, which you embark before lunch. This afternoon visit the High Dam an engineering miracle of the 60's which today provides light and water to all of Egypt; and the Temple Of philae home to the Goddess lsis. Later, sail onwards to Kom Ombo. |

Day 6 : Sep 6 th 2008 Saturday Kom Ombo Edfu Esna Luxor

This morning after breakfast, visit The Temple of Kom Ombo a magnificent Ptolemaic construction dedicated jointly to Sobek the Crocodile God & Haroeris the God of Medicine. The temple also called Temple of the Two Gods is known for its twin entrances, halls & sanctuaries. Sculpted wall reliefs showcase the ancient surgical tools, bone-saws & dental instruments. Later today sail to Edfu & visit the Temple of Horus the best preserved Ptolemaic cult temple dedicated to the sail on to Esan and cross the Lock. Arrive at Falcon Then Luxor where your cruise docks for the night. |

Today after breakfast the day is at leisure. Sharm El Sheikh is one of the world's best-known dive sites. Sharm El sheikh Bay, Naama Bay and Shark Bay are all fantastic hangouts to enjoy the sun, sand and strikingly clear sea off the Sinai Peninsula. The seabed closer to the coast is like a gigantic coral aquarium housing Coral Grouper, Napoleon Wrasse, Parratfish, Butterfly Fish and other fascinating marine life. In the evening another aspect of Egyptian culture comes to life with local shopping, terrace cafes and trendy discos opening their doors to locals & visitors alike. |

Today after breakfast, depart to the airport for your flight to Amman. Upon arrival at Amman airport our representative meets you and assists you through imigration procedures. Then transfer for 30 minutes to Amman hotel, short rest and start to visit the Citadel with Roman, Byzantine and Islamic remains and the Roman Theater from 2nd century in the Downtown area. |

After an early breakfast drive 230 km via the Desert Highway to Petra. Here you meet your tour guide and start the full day tour to the red rose rock city, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. The Nabataean Arabs, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and founded a commercial empire that extended into Syria, first established Petra around the 6th century B.C.
