The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement. |

Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes,war quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all auch loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.

We reserve the right to amend, alter, very or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitue a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary. |

For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary, however all the other services will remain the same.

Our booking procedures would be as follows:

As soon as you decide to confirm your holiday booking with Air Tours Holidays, we would request you to please send us an intial non-refundable, interest free deposit amount of USD 500 person. |
|
All cheques / demand drafts to be drawn in favour of Air Tours Holidays |
|
|
On payment of this deposit amount, we shall start processing your booking. |
|
Balance payments need to be made 15 days prior to your departure date.
|
|
In case you decide to travel closer to the departure date or payment is made 10 days prior to your departure then the same will have to be paid in cash / bank draft. |
|
|
|
We shall try our best to confirm the same hotel / airline that we have based our quotation upon. However the same would be subject to avialability at the time of confirming your booking. We shall however ensure that we confirm a hotel of similar category. |
|
|
|
We shall deliver you final tour documents viz. air tickets, tour itinerary, briefing sheet, medical insurance on receipt of full and final payment of the tour cost.
|
|
|
Air Tours Holidays will not be liable for any loss of baggage by the Airline.
|
|
|
Part of the tour cost will be paid in USD. The same will be out of your BTQ.
|
|
|
In case the payment is made in Indian Rupees, the USD component will be calculated at the prevailing rate of exchange on the day of payment.
|
