Booking Conditions : |

Each traveler is required to fill out a Booking Form, duly sign in and return along with a copy of the valid passport & Visa if applicable. |

Payment Terms : |

In case of cancellation of the tour, from the initial deposit a sum of US$ 1000 will be deducted and the balance payment shall be refunded as per the Cancellation policy mentioned on the backside of booking form. |
|
|
|
|
If client fails to pay the balance amount within stipulated time then the booking shall be deemed to be cancelled and entire initial deposit will be forfeited and the passenger shall not be entitled to the refund of the same. |
|
|
|
|
Company or Personal Checks must make payment to Air Tours, Inc. No Credit Card payments are accepted and are subject to a 4% Merchant Fee in case client wants to pay Credit Card. |

|
|
Amendments : |
|
| |
Any amendment in the original booking request once booked and confirmed has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same. Every change in previous program will be charged US$ 250 per person per tour as amendment charges. |

|
Cancellations : |

| |
If circumstances make you cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. As per the Booking Conditions of the Tour, we are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges: |

Please Note that Our Tour Price is Based on 76 Passengers (59 Adults + 17 Children) travelling together (As per your List received on Nov 05, 2008) and Our Price is subject to Change without Notice incase of any Increase or Fall in Group Strength, Change in Category of Hotels Mentioned, Mode of Transportation, Fuel Hike, Increase in Airfare, Fluctuation in the Rate of Exchange of any Govt. Taxes etc. |

The Company reserves the right to cancel any Tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such an eventuality, all monies paid by you will be fully refunded forthwith, but no compensation is payable. |

Air Tours, Inc cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Air Tours Inc. |

Refunds : |
|
| |
Refunds, if any for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to you and would take a minimum of 30 days to process. There is no refund payable for any “Unutilized Services”, such as Meals, Entrance Fees, Hotels, sightseeing etc. |
