Payment and Cancellation terms for IAMA - Africa CME 2009 |

1. Payment Terms |

In case of cancellation of the tour, from the initial deposit a sum of
US$ 1000 will be deducted and the balance payment shall be refunded as per the cancellation policy mentioned on the backside of booking form.
Company or personal checks must make payment to AirTours Holidays. No credit card payments are accepted and are subject to a 4% merchant fee incase client wants to pay by credit card. |

3. Change in booking both Land and Air |
|
|
|
An administration fee of $250 per person will be charged if a confirmed booking is changed or cancelled and subject to charges as below. (Please refer to booking conditions / payment terms / cancellation policy). |

|
We cannot accept liability for any delays in any of your flights, whether the cancellation or delay is caused by adverse weather conditions, rescheduling of the airline, airport authority and/or action by air traffic controllers, mechanical breakdown or industrial action. Where long flight delays result in lost holiday time, hotels
or suppliers give no refunds. Similarly, airlines do not offer compensation for flight delays. However, at their discretion, carriers will endeavor to reduce the inconvenience of any delay by providing meals and accommodation, as appropriate for the time of day or night (dependent on local availability). If you incur payments for such services in the event of a delay, Air Tours Holidays will not accept responsibility for payment unless we have given our prior consent. |

Refunds, if any for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to you and would take a minimum of 30 days to process. There is no refund payable for any “Unutilized Services”, such as Meals, Entrance Fees, Hotels, sightseeing etc.

|
6. Travel and cancellation insurance |
|
|
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all clients. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate coverage for the full duration of the tour in respect of medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, curtailment and tour cancellation with valid reasons.

Please add $100 per person for non-IAMA members for the trip. This excludes family members of IAMA members. IAMA members include life members and annual members.
