The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as of 1st December 2007 . Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in fuel price, change in government regulatins, ticket taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passernger. Vacations Exotica will not be held reposible for the same. |

Prices quated are based as per the rate of exchange of I USD=INR 00. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to the departure. |

Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passenger. Vacations Exotica will not be liable for the same. The management reserves the right to claimany additional expenses incurred due to delay or changed in the sheduleof trains, flights, coach cuise or other services. |

It is advisable to book 35 days prior to the date of departure as the internal ticket rate might increase closer to the departure date, resulting in an increase in the tour cost. |

A date change fee of USD 75 is applicabe for passengers who change their dates of travel confirmed and the tickets for the same have been issued. |

For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend theitinerary. However, all services will remain the same. |

The companyreserves the right to alter the order of the itinerary. The same will be informed to the passenger beofe the departure. |

There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing ets., not unitlized on the tour. Due to Trade Fairs and Conventions in any city, it is possible that the hotel accommodation provided would be ouside the city. The same will be informed in advance. |

Passengers can board teh tour from the hub city mentioned. Those boarding from anyother city can do so, however all expenses to/from the hub city is to be borne by the passenger.. |

The Company shall not accept any liabilityor responsibility for any damages, loss, injury , accident, death, delay, breakdown, terrorist, attacks or irrergularity which may orrur in carrying out of the tour arangement (management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in the train, flight, bus, ship, or other, services, wether conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expensses or expenses must be borne by the passenger). |
