Day 1
Today you start your fun filled tour to Egypt and Jordan, as you arrive at Cairo – the name Cairo means ‘the victorious city’.
Bon Voyage! Today you start your tour as you arrive into Cairo, one of the largest cities in the African Sub Continent. You will be met andassisted through the Passport Control and Customs. Outside the baggage hall, you will be greeted by your friendly and experienced Tour Manager.
Enjoy Indian dinner at a local restaurant on the way to your hotel.
Overnight at Hotel Intercontinental Pyramids Park or similar in Cairo.
Day 2
Proceed for half day city tour of the city. Later in the evening, enjoy the sound and light show.
Today morning after breakfast, proceed on a panoramic city tour of Cairo passing the Cairo tower, one of the more recent landmarks of Cairo rising to a height of 187 meters, the famous blue mosque with blue mosaic walls, and the Mari Mina church dating back to the early 5th century. See the famous Egyptian Museum which houses more than
2,50,000 antiques displaying the whole history of ancient Egypt, extending over five thousand years; the most splendid being the collection of Tut Ankh-Amon. You get a chance to visit the Mummy room here. After your tour, enjoy Indian lunch at a local restaurant.
Later in the evening, pay a visit to Sound and Light spectacular Show of the Giza Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and Mykerinus and enjoy the history of the ancient Egyptians. The show begins with the story of the Sphinx who has been the vigilant guardian of the city of the dead for five thousand years. The show also depicts the story of building the pyramids and relates the history of great and famous figures of ancient Egypt such as Thutmosis IV, Akhnaten, Nefertiti and Tut Ankh Amon.
After the show, proceed to a local restaurant for Indian dinner.

Day 3
Visit the Pyramids of Giza.
Today morning after breakfast at the hotel, proceed on a guided tour of this ancient capital city. On the west bank of the Nile, facing Cairo and on top of the Giza plateau, rise the three Pyramids erected by Cheops, Chepren and Mycerinus, and guarded by the mysterious sphinx, a mythical statue with a body of a lion and a human head. The three Pyramids and the Sphinx are considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Today enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Later proceed to a restaurant for dinner.

Day 4
Proceed on a day trip to Alexandria.
Today morning after breakfast at the hotel, proceed on a full day tour of Alexandria. Proceed to Alexandria and visit the 3rd Century Pompey’s Pillar, a 25 meter red Aswan granite column that is the last of the remaining relics of the Seraphim Temple. Constructed in honor of the Emperor Diocletian, it was once a magnificent structure rivaling the Soma and the Caesareum. Next view the Qayetbay citadel, situated on the entrance to Alexandria’s eastern harbor. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. You will also visit the largest Roman cemetery, the Catacombs consisting of three levels cut in the rock. Finally, you will visit Montazah Palace and its Green Gardens before returning back to Cairo.
Later proceed to a restaurant for dinner.

Day 5
Fly to Aswan – one of the most beautiful cities of Egypt. Enjoy a guided city tour of Aswan. Day trip to Abu Simbel. Board your 3 Night Nile cruise. Sail to Kom Ombo.
After an early breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the airport for your flight to Aswan. On arrival at Aswan; proceed on a guided city tour visiting the High Dam – one of the outstanding architectural achievements of the twentieth century. Visit the temple of Philae dedicated to Goddess Isis. Later, proceed by road on a day trip to Abu Simbel – 180 miles south of Aswan on the shore of Lake Nasser sits what is one of the most intriguing monuments of Egypt -- Abu Simbel, possibly the most astounding piece of Pharaonic Egyptian architecture. As a part of the city tour, visit the temples of Ramses II and his wife Nefertari. After the city tour of Abu Simbel, drive back to Aswan and proceed to the Cruise Centre to board the luxury cruise liner. Later set sail to Kom Ombo and enjoy your leisure time on board.

Day 6
City sights of Kom Ombo including the temple of two Gods. On to Edfu. Visit temple of Edfu. Sail to Luxor.
After breakfast on board, proceed to the famous ‘temple of two Gods’. Dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris, the crocodile gods, this temple was constructed during the Roman era and is noted for its engravings. After enjoying the city sights of Kom Ombo, re board the cruise and sail to Edfu, a town situated on the west bank of the river Nile. Enjoy lunch on board the cruise. On arrival at Edfu, proceed to the famous Edfu temple dedicated to God Horus, represented by the Falcon. This is one of the most beautiful Egyptian temples distinguished by its huge splendid structure that blends Pharoic and Greek architecture. Later, sail to the magnificent town of Luxor, considered the greatest outdoor museum of the world.
Enjoy dinner on board the cruise.

Day 7
Enjoy the sights of Luxor.
After breakfast on board, proceed on a tour of Luxor – the city of palaces. Visit the famous tombs in the Valley of Kings. Visit the temple of Hatshepsut. Later, proceed to the Colossi of Memnon, which are ruins of the funerary tomb of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the only queen who ruled Egypt. Also, visit the Karnak Temple. Later, return to the cruise

Day 8
Today disembark from the cruise. Proceed to Sharm El Sheikh by flight. Explore Sharm El Sheikh.
Today morning, after an early breakfast, disembark from the cruise to the airport to board your flight to Sharm El Sheikh. On arrival, transfer to your hotel and check in. Enjoy lunch at your hotel. The rest of your day is free for you to explore this beautiful city – one of the world’s best known dive sites. Sharm El Sheikh Bay, Naama Bay and Shark Bay are all fantastic hang outs to enjoy the sun, sand and strikingly clear sea off the Sinai Peninsula. The seabed closer to the coast is like a gigantic coral aquarium housing Coral Grouper, Napoleon Wrasse, Parrotfish, Butterfly Fish and other fascinating marine life. In the evening another aspect of Egyptian culture comes to life with local shopping, terrace cafes and trendy discos opening their doors to locals & visitors alike.

Day 9
Proceed to Amman. On arrival, proceed for a short city tour.
This morning, after breakfast, proceed to the airport to board your flight to Amman. Upon arrival at Amman airport our representative meets you and assists you through immigration procedures. Start the city tour of Amman visiting the Citadel with remains from 3 different periods and the Roman Theatre from 2nd century in downtown area.
Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 10
Full day trip to Petra with a chance to go horse riding to the canyon.
Today morning after an early breakfast at hotel, drive 2.5 hrs to Petra. On horse back or on foot you reach the Siq, a narrow canyon, walk till the 40 meters high Treasury, see the Street of Facades and the Royal Tombs. Enjoy lunch at local restaurant (there is no Indian restaurant in Petra).
Retrm to Amman for dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 11
Free time for shopping followed by a visit to the Dead Sea.
Today morning after breakfast at the hotel, rest of the morning is at leisure to check out the exciting bargains in the modern sites of Amman, like Mecca Mall. Proceed for lunch to an Indian restaurant and then we drive to the lowest point on earth. You have leisure time, the chance to float on salty waters or try the beauty benefits of the dark mud on the shores.
Proceed for dinner at Indian restaurant in Amman.

Day 12
Fly back home.
Today after breakfast, you are escorted to the airport to board your flight back home. Come back with superb memories of your holiday with Air Tours Holidays.
